What happens on the call?+
We talk about your business — where you are, what you've tried, where you're stuck, and what growth looks like for you. I'll share some initial observations and we'll talk about whether Strategy First or another engagement makes sense.
Is there any commitment after the call?+
None at all. The call is genuinely just to see if there's a fit. I'll send a follow-up if we both agree it makes sense to move forward — but there's zero pressure on the call itself.
What size businesses do you work with?+
I work best with businesses doing $500K–$10M+ in annual revenue — typically home service companies, local businesses, and professional services firms who are ready to scale and need a real marketing strategy to do it.
Do I need to prepare anything?+
Not really — just come ready to talk about your business openly. If you want to share your website URL or any marketing materials beforehand, that's helpful but not required.
